This is an English translation provided for convenience. If it differs from the Korean version, the Korean version governs.

ReactiveWorks (“we”) handles the personal information it collects while running this website (www.reactiveworks.dev) as described below. This policy covers this website only. Each app we make follows its own privacy policy, linked from its store page.

Article 1 (Information we collect and how)

We do not ask you to create an account. We collect information in only two ways.

1. What you type into the contact form

  • Required: name, email address, message
  • Optional: company name, phone number

What you enter is delivered to our mailbox and is not stored in a separate database. You can send an inquiry without filling in the optional fields.

2. What is collected automatically when you visit

  • Analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-62FFW8EXGB) collects the pages you visit, how you arrived, your approximate region, and device and browser details, together with a randomly generated identifier. Information that identifies you directly, such as your name or email, is not sent to Google.
  • Server access logs — our hosting provider records the requested address, response code, browser details, time of access and IP address in standard web server logs. This is the minimum needed to diagnose outages and deal with abnormal traffic, and it is not used to build profiles of individual visitors.

Article 2 (Why we use it)

  • To read and reply to your inquiry
  • To discuss and agree on a project that starts from an inquiry
  • To see which pages are read and how people arrive, so we can improve the site

We do not use the information for any other purpose. If a purpose changes, we will tell you and ask for your consent first.

Article 3 (How long we keep it)

  • Inquiries — kept for one year after we finish responding, then destroyed. If an inquiry leads to a contract, we follow the period set by the contract or by applicable law.
  • Analytics — kept for the data retention period set in Google Analytics. After that, individual records are deleted and only aggregated reports remain.
  • Server access logs — kept for a period set by the hosting provider’s policy, then deleted.

If you ask us to delete your information, we do so without delay, regardless of the periods above.

Article 4 (Sharing and processors)

We do not sell personal information and do not give it to third parties, except when required by law. To run the site, we use the following processors.

ProcessorWhat they doWhere
Microsoft CorporationWebsite hosting (Azure Static Web Apps), access logsMicrosoft data centers, including the United States
Amazon Web Services, Inc.Sending contact form messages by email (Amazon SES)Republic of Korea (Seoul region)
Google LLCUsage analytics (Google Analytics)Google data centers, including the United States

Transfers outside Korea — contact form emails are processed in the Seoul region and are not transferred abroad. Website hosting and analytics, however, are processed outside Korea: access records and analytics cookie data are transferred to Microsoft’s and Google’s data centers abroad. If you do not want this, you can refuse analytics cookies as described in Article 5, or email us directly at the address below instead of using the form.

Article 5 (Cookies and analytics)

This site has no login, so it uses no authentication cookies. The only cookies it sets are Google Analytics 4 analytics cookies. It shows no ads, so it uses no advertising cookies.

Blocking cookies in your browser settings does not limit your use of the site. To refuse only the analytics cookies, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Article 6 (Your rights)

You can exercise the following rights at any time.

  • Ask to see the personal information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct it
  • Ask us to delete it
  • Ask us to stop processing it

Email the privacy officer below. We will act on your request within 10 days of receiving it and reply with the result. No special form is needed.

Article 7 (Deletion)

When a retention period ends or the purpose has been met, we delete the information without delay. Electronic files are permanently deleted in a way that cannot be recovered, and any printouts are shredded or incinerated.

Article 8 (Security measures)

  • HTTPS is used across the whole site, so information is encrypted in transit.
  • Only one person, the owner, can access inquiries.
  • Access keys for sending email and for analytics are kept in server environment settings, not in the source code.
  • Inquiry emails are DKIM-signed for the sending domain to prevent tampering and impersonation in transit.

Article 9 (Children under 14)

This is a business website for project inquiries. It is not directed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn that we have, we delete it without delay.

Article 10 (Privacy officer)

Name: SiU Ahn (안시우)
Contact: siwooeo@gmail.com

To report or get advice about a privacy violation, you can also contact the Korea Internet & Security Agency’s Personal Information Infringement Report Center (privacy.kisa.or.kr, 118 in Korea) or the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee (kopico.go.kr, 1833-6972).

Article 11 (Changes to this policy)

If this policy changes, we post a notice on this page from 7 days before the change takes effect. Changes that work against you are announced 30 days in advance.

Revision history
August 20, 2026 — First version. Sets out the contact form fields, the use of Google Analytics, the processors and the transfers abroad. On the same day the email processor changed from Resend to Amazon SES (Seoul region), and the policy reflects that.
